Anomalous Josephson Effect in Topological Insulator-Based Josephson Trijunction

We studied anomalous Josephson effect (AJE) in trijunctions fabricated on Bi 2 Se 3 , and found that the AJE T-shaped significantly alters Majorana phase diagram of trijunctions, when an in-plane magnetic field is applied parallel to two three single junctions. Such a phenomenon topological insulator-based trijunction provides unambiguous evidence for existence system, may provide additional knob controlling bound states Fu–Kane scheme quantum computation.
